Scrapbooking with Crafty Ribbons

This was our bestfriend Alfie, he loved the beach, but not the water!  While designing and making this page I had some wonderful memories - just what scrapbooking is all about.

Strips of paper are tied with small lengths of ribbon and knotted.  These are then cut to surround the photo.  At the corners I hand sewed different buttons to compliment the ribbons.

I designed the name plate on a computer and printed it out..  Cut out the name plate and put a eyelet in each end.  Thread the "Woof" ribbon through the eyelets.  Roughly tear some hand made paper and mount the plate onto the paper.  Wrap the ribbon ends over the edge of the scrapbook page and secure.
