Scrapbooking with Crafty Ribbons
My two boys seem to spend more time cleaning their cars, than driving them!!
Cut lengths of ribbon to match your photo. Using a sewing machine, sew the ribbons to the scrapbook page, so they criss cross the page.
The photo has been cut into three sections and two narrow strips removed. Postion the photo onto card, and mount on another piece of coloured paper. Place photo mounts in the centre of page and stick down. Thread six stranded embroidery thread into small buttons and knot to secure, fray the strands of thread. Stick to each corner of the photo mount.
I designed the tags on the computer and cut them out. Chalk the edges of the tags to match. Hole punch a small hole in each tag and thread with narrow 3mm satin ribbon. Postion and stick the tags in place with different thickness 3D foam pads.
Your scrapbook layout is ready to be enjoyed!
This project used the following ribbons
